If you’ve ever felt the need to step away from your busy day, reconnect with nature, or simply get your body moving, you’re not alone. In our fast-paced lives, it can be difficult to carve out time for ourselves—to breathe, to reflect, to walk. That’s why I’m inviting you to walk with me.
As part of my passion for encouraging wellness, mindfulness, and meaningful movement, I’ve created the Walk with Harper series—a collection of 5-to-20-minute guided video walks designed to motivate, inspire, and help everyone incorporate movement into their day. These walks are available to all members, including those on the free membership plan, and they offer a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
Why Walking? Why Now?
Walking is one of the most accessible and transformative forms of movement we have. It gently strengthens the body, reduces stress, boosts creativity, increases energy, and supports emotional balance. Even a 5-minute walk can help you reset mentally, physically, and emotionally.
In busy seasons of life—whether you’re working long hours, raising a family, studying, or simply keeping up with daily responsibilities—small pockets of movement can make a meaningful difference. Walking encourages presence, slows the mind, and reminds us to return to ourselves.
The Walk with Harper series was created with this in mind: simple, peaceful, manageable movement you can fit into your life, no matter your schedule.

Each guided walk takes you through a peaceful scene—nature trails, forest paths, quiet countryside roads, snowy landscapes, or historical locations. You can walk indoors or outdoors, at your own pace, while listening to gentle encouragement and subtle reminders to breathe, reset, and be present.
These walks are perfect for anyone who:
Wants to move but needs a little motivation
Is searching for a peaceful break during the day
Longs to reconnect with nature but lives in a busy or urban area
Needs time to clear the mind, lift the mood, or reduce stress
Prefers manageable movement that doesn’t require intense workouts
You can choose the walk that fits your energy—5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15, or 20. Every walk counts.
